Vertical scroll on touch screens being stopped by slider #200

Hi,
I'm using basic-jquery-slider on my website and had it a little bit improved for my own usage. But I'm experiencing a problem on touch screens device:
Horizontaly scroll is doing his job quite very well, but one cannot vertically scroll the page when the touch starts on the slider's area itself.
Unfortunatly in my case I can on iPhone 4s getting stucked in navigation when the slider's height is too big.
Has someone a solution?
