Description of the bug

After deleting a show's episode the page does not refresh afterwards (de-listing the episode). It currently seems like the delete failed (but it worked).

Reproduction steps

1. Delete a show's episode
2. Notice how the page does not update afterwards

What is the current bug behavior?

The page does not update afterwards meaning that the deleted episode is incorrectly still listed.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The page should update to display the episode was removed.
