[Feature]: add interactive selector for devbox run

If user not specify script name for devbox run command - it list all available commands

$ devbox run

Available scripts:
* release
* build
* deploy_latest
* test

I would like to see an interactive menu for select script with previews, for example this is screenshot from ni

Not very important but nice to have
