Laggy connection or mind playing tricks #45

Description

@alan-ipv8

I reported in openwrt/mt76#927 regarding a laggy SSH connection and webpages failing to load or loading slowly. I have picked up a newer version of the firmware since this report.

V2.7.1: I have 2 bluetooth devices, i often disconnect and reconnect. When i disconnect a single device no issues. Disconnected both devices - Bluetooth stopped working.

I upgraded to 2.9.1 - and did not retest this bluetooth issue yet.

The WiFi is working, however i experience some lag in SSH and i believe the connection is a little but slower than the generic linux wifi adapter i have which is probably suppose to be slower (not wifi 6/7) it is a BrosTrend brand adapter.

My apologies in advanced if its all in my head.

reload stock module instruction was unsuccessful

dr.annonymous:~$ sudo modprobe -r mt7925e mt7921e btusb && modprobe mt7925e btusb

dr.annonymous:~$ sudo modprobe mt7925e btusb
modprobe: FATAL: Module mt7925e not found in directory /lib/modules/6.18.13-artix1-1
  • not sure what i did wrong here but i was able to eventually upgrade to the latest release (2.9.1) currently running without wifi or bluetooth dongle (unplugged).

managed to upgrade to 2.9.1
