How to generate configurations when I doping at different sites at the same time?

For example, in a perovskite  ABX3,  I want to simultaneously dope element C into the A site and D into the B site, creating a configuration with the composition A0.75C0.25B0.75D0.25X3. How can I obtain all irreducible configurations?
