Warnings about unresolved includes in the referenced documents

When page index.adoc contains xref:foo/second#[] and page foo/second.adoc contains include::../another.adoc[], Asciidoctor tries to resolve the include against the index.adoc's directory and prints warning that it's unresolvable.
