Finding detail: add source links and evidence snippets #13
Description
Problem
Finding detail page shows source names (e.g. "HN", "Reddit") but no links to the actual posts/comments that informed the finding.
Goal
- Store source URLs alongside findings during analysis
- Display clickable links to original HN threads, Reddit posts, YouTube videos
- Show relevant quote snippets from source material as evidence
