Dark mode support #20
Description
Problem
App only renders in one color mode. shadcn/ui v4 supports dark mode out of the box.
Goal
- Add a theme toggle (light/dark/system) to settings or sidebar
- Persist preference in localStorage
- Wire up Tailwind dark mode classes
