Initial Release

Currently only tested with X1 Carbon with AMS. Following features working with some quirks.

• Monitor temperatures, make sure to enable chamber in printer profile settings
• Upload 3mf files to printer as virtual SD card (no sub-folder support)
• List files on printer as virtual SD card (unfortunately no timestamp support)
• Delete files on printer as virtual SD card
• Start print from listed files
• Pause/Resume/Cancel print while printing

Setup

Select your device type, enter your printer's IP address, serial number and access code in settings and restart OctoPrint. Afterwards a new serial port will be listed to connect to named BAMBU. Select that new option and click Connect. The printer options are what's used when starting a print job, enable as appropriate.
