Use via keyboard shortcut

I would like to be able to merge my windows by a keyboard shortcut, not having to always access a menu to do this.

It could work in the same contexts as the menu would, just being triggerable by a (customizable?) key shortcut.

Just for people finding this issue (and I apologise for the self-promotional nature of this comment): one of the main reasons for me forking this extension was to add keyboard shortcuts. So these are (and have been for a while) available in my fork: Window Merger. (AMO link.)

I’d still be happy for Jonathan to take some of my features upstream into this code-base, as he has many more users than me!
