When opening Hashgarten, the output and error files if they already exist from the previous run are immediately wiped

If you have run Hashgarten, then after producing an output verification file, you close the program and open it again, I would expect to be able to just change the file it should output to before running.
However it immediately wipes the files upon opening.

Yes, I can confirm this behavior. It is caused by how Jacksum initializes stderr and stdout on instantiation.

I need to adjust this in Jacksum to prevent these issues in HashGarten. Until that patch is deployed, I'm marking this as a bug in HashGarten. Thanks for bringing this up!
