Version issue??

hello. my apologies if this is not the right place to ask this. Please advise if it's not.

First off, let me say I love this mod and can't imagine playing kerbal space program without it.

I'm having an issue now though. when I attempt to open Waypoint Manager while in flight (or map view) I get only a weird tiny icon in the upper left of my screen and no Waypoint Manager dialog. Am I doing something wrong? I'm running KSP v1.31.1892 on win64 and I installed v2.71 of Waypoint Manager using CKAN. My CKAN version is 1.24.0 . Not sure what to do about this. Any suggestions?
