`npx jsr` fails in NixOS even when deno is available

Two issues:

1. npx jsr fails in NixOS,
2. npx jsr attempts to install deno even when it's available in the shell (also still fails).

I know I can do deno publish but some of the projects in at my work don't use deno.

Seems like they're trying to install deno when I already have node installed :/

These npm scripts managed to get publishing working for me:
