llm.agent - ability to request a json_object or json_schema as a response type #1859

Customer request:
Another llm.agent request that would be handy: Be able to specify json_object or json_schema as a response (either through the OpenAI API or Gemini API, I believe the Gemini OpenAI compatibility endpoint supports JSON output.). That way we can request a JSON object and then do the formatting programmatically within Cerb.
