when using juicefs sync and IsSupportUploadPartCopy is enabled, why does juicefs upload to a tmpkey, then UploadPartCopy instead of UploadPart directly.

AFAIK, UploadPartCopy is used to transfer data within one storage. However, when syncing, juicefs does UploadPartCopy instead of UploadPart when IsSupportUploadPartCopy is enabled. Is it a bug or a feature?
