Please could mathjax as a math engine be made available as an option again? A lot of maths lecturers, including myself, adopted jupyter books as an easy way to produce accessible teaching materials with mathjax equations. KaTeX does not seem to work with my assistive technology anything like as well as mathjax. In the UK higher education providers are required by law to provide teaching materials in accessible formats, and it's very hard to do this with maths teaching resources, without mathjax.
