RuntimeError when installing jupyterlab-sidecar

Hello, I am trying to do :

jupyter labextension install @jupyter-widgets/jupyterlab-sidecar

but cmd spite out a Runtime Error: JupyterLab failed to build
I am running on Win10 64bit system, using python 3.7, already install nodejs and npm
what should i do to resolve this bug?
