Add prompt positions customisability for the REPL

This will require relaxing the jupyterlite-core requirement to be relaxed when 0.6.0 stable is released upstream.

Also, we need jupyterlite/jupyterlite#1600 to be released for the showBanner parameter to work.

Hoping to get the JupyterLite 0.6.0 release soon after JupyterLab 4.4.0, but if you want to start looking into this maybe it can still be useful to start a draft PR here with the 0.6.0 pre-releases?

It may also help catch some issues with the upstream releases.
