Align to embedded subtitles

Hi,

Thanks for your tool, it works really really well! It even works better when working against already synced subs, which are usually embedded in the MKV.

Is it possible to sync against embedded subtitles, allowing us to skip a step to extract them manually?

I've seen you've once talked about this here
