OpenWebStart Disappears

My device is a MacBook Air M4 running macOS Tahoe 26.2 with Java 8u333.

When I open a work website that uses Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), it downloads and opens a .jnlp file using OpenWebStart. The application launches successfully but immediately closes with no warning or error message.
