Climate Pulse

Welcome to Climate Pulse! We’re excited that you’ve chosen to explore Climate Pulse, our application designed to analyze and visualize public sentiment on climate change across various US administrations and presidential terms. Follow the steps below to get started:

Step 1: Download the Application

  • Download and extract the contents of the ZIP file to a directory of your choice on your local machine.

Step 2: Installation

  • Ensure you have Python 3.6 or later installed on your system.
  • Insert your Google Cloud credentials and MongoDB API.
  • Open a terminal or command prompt and navigate to the directory where you extracted the Climate Pulse application.

Step 3: Launch the Application

  • In your terminal or command prompt, run the following command to start the application:

python app.py

Step 4: Access the Application

  • Once the application is running, it will provide you with a URL. Open this URL in your preferred web browser to access Climate Pulse.
