Update to dnd-kit 0.4

Thanks for your work on these components.

dnd-kit just tagged their 0.4 release. 0.4 has a slightly different API and is a big improvement over 0.3.x (which is now marked as legacy). It'd be great if the datagrid and other draggable components could be updated to use 0.4.
