Yes, I know how that looks. I asked for the logs, which I really need to investigate this any further. You can also inspect the popup to see if there are any errors. |
I understand, but I'm not the administrator of my computer. I have to ask to access to Developer Mode. |
I tried but in Edge, I don't have any of the options described in the tutorial. I don't know how to do it. |
What options are you missing? On the popup you can open the Web Developer view from the menu with right mouse click etc. I suggest looking at guides to do this if it's unclear. |

Brief Summary
I have a checking status always loading with the extension in Edge
Steps to Reproduce
I need to make a notice for my users.
I had to uninstall the extension, then reinstall it and take screenshots... and now I can't reconnect the extension to my database, I keep getting the message “Checking status...”.
Expected Versus Actual Behavior
I have “Checking status...” message.
I just want to connect again.
