Compatibility with 16k Page Size

Android 15 and Google Play Store requires 16K Page Size compatibility.

OpenJPEG must be built with the proper flag.

Regarding support for 16 KB page sizes, it is my understanding that this has already been implemented.

As documented in the Android Developers guide below, 16 KB page size support is enabled by setting arguments "-DANDROID_SUPPORT_FLEXIBLE_PAGE_SIZES=ON".

This change was applied in commit 7607011 and is included in the already released versions.

I verified this by inspecting the test app's APK with APK Analyzer. The current version, 1.0.5, supports 16 KB page sizes. I also confirmed that removing the configuration mentioned above from version 1.0.5 results in 16 KB page sizes becoming unsupported.

Regarding the upstream changes, I merged them primarily to stay in sync with upstream. However, I have not yet decided whether to release version 1.0.6 at this time.
