Is it possible to config a different display-off time for oled and OSD?

Not yet. I will add it soon, so OSD has a few of its own parameters.

Even a option for shorter display length on the OSD than on OLED would be advance.

Do you mean time before OSD goes inactive, or number of columns in the OSD box?

I mean time to go inactive on OSD.
