[docs]: Redesign Questions card, Prev/Next cards #3657

💭 Description
1. Enterprise-ready bar: links seems to be broken
2. “Questions?” card: oversized + emoji-heavy + links buried in paragraph. Should be a slim support strip with clear CTAs.
3. Prev/Next cards: huge whitespace, heavy shadows, not compact. Should be smaller, denser, and consistent with theme.
4. There's no break/divider in footer and the pre/next navigation cards.
