Hy3DBPT attempted relative import

I get those two errors when running Hy3DBPT when the process gets to this point.
When I add any seed then the second error appears.

Hy3DBPT seed must be between 0 and 2**32 - 1
Hy3DBPT attempted relative import beyond top-level package
