Bug Description

• When using open-weight models, all three present at this time: MiniMax 2.1, DeepSeek 3.2, and Qwen3 Coder Next.
• All three models very frequently throw errors, especially when in a conversation. I switch from Claude to these open-weight models.
• It throws An unexpected error occurred while processing your input.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open kiro.
2. Start conversation in vibe mode with opus.
3. Then switch to open weight models and continue the conversation.

Expected Behavior

• No error should happen and I should be able to continue conversation with open models freely.

Why is this marked as duplicate?
Both issues specifically mention problems with Qwen3 Coder Next model, though the new issue reports general errors while #5754 reports a leaked system prompt - they may be related manifestations of the same underlying model issue

Not an duplicate, always occuring with open models. Claude is working fine.

Hi @Kaushik-Paul, Thanks for raising this. I wasn't able to replicate this with open-weight models on my end. When this happens again, could you grab the Kiro logs and share them here? That will help us pinpoint what's going wrong.

Sure, no longer happening from my end as well currently.
So will reopen if it occurs again
