Kismet unable to further communicate with a nrf52840 dongle

I'm trying to use kismet with a nrf52840 zigbee dongle and i've been able to start kismet iwth the dongle as a source and it says source found however kismet is unable to receive or transmit any data to the dongle i've been able to use tshark to start sniffing with the dongle so i know its functionning

This was just being discussed on the discord; likely you're running something compiled with gcc14 or newer? Try the latest git code (or nightly packages).

was finally able to get back to it i've tried checking and I am running gcc 15.2.0 and when you mean using the latest gitcode do you mean for kismet or gcc because i've tried pulling the latest version and it didn't change anything. I also removed the cloned repo to go trough the package same issue. i've also tried downgrading gcc to 13.0 nothing worked
