Copy metadata in a new newspaper block

When I copy a block in the newspaper history editor, the metadata is not copied to the new block.

• If I copy a block in the newspaper history editor, the metadata is copied into the new block.
• Preferably with selection.

Or, date fields from—to per issue.

Additional context
The problem arises when an issue has a different runtime, but the metadata has already been created.
