Problems when running

I am trying to make it run on docker, after I solve the env issues and run "make run" then the following problem occurs and seems I can't visit the localhost:8080.
Would I ask some suggestions for the following problem?

Can you try without docker? I couldn't figure out an easy way to host the website via docker.

./dev/all is much faster
