Retire the Wiki

Once the new docs site is working we need to retire the current Wiki.

The surest way to do this is to disable the Wiki in the settings. I do not know if this deletes the wiki so before doing that we should archive the Wiki git repo. We can do this by cloning the Wiki repo. Then we can create a repo called kd-docs-wiki-archive. Then we push the wiki to that.

That way if we do need to go back to the Wiki we can restore it. There are only 13 pages.

One issue is if there are links to the Wiki. Those links would break. So an alternative would be to keep the Wiki around but disallow editing. That's virtually impossible since I don't think you can disallow editing to the point where even owners can't edit.

Did some research and it looks like it should be safe to just disable the wiki:

From that page:

When you turn off a wiki, the content is hidden, but not erased. If you choose to re-enable wikis later, your previous pages will be restored.

On GitHub, navigate to the main page of the repository.

Under your repository name, click Settings. If you cannot see the "Settings" tab, select the dropdown menu, then click Settings.

See #20. The existence of the Herptiles page in the Wiki and the need to keep it in the Wiki, but not in the KD docs means the Wiki cannot be retired just yet.

Copied the images that the wiki used and added them to the wiki assets so that they no longer depend on the repo images.
