Create a versions section in the website, so that the user can select the preffered docs for the kmesh version he is using

Why we need it?

Currently the main branch happens with lot of updation frequently, hence the user will be not comfortable to build kmesh from main, he would use stable version such currently 1.0.0,

What we need?
Create a versions section in the website including current main, 1.0.0, 0.05 etc, so that the user can select the preffered docs for the kmesh version he is using

This issue should be kept in mind #145, while researching about the soln of above issue

Most of the stuffs should be automated, minimal manual work
