When working on kmesh-net/kmesh#600, I think we should seperate the install part into a doc for other docs to share, and the experimental part should be in a new doc 'Traffic Shifting'.

And as mentioned in kmesh-net/kmesh#678, command should be highlight and more results of command should be add in the doc.

Totally agree. In many docs, we need to ask users to install waypoints of various granularites. If we give specific instructions everytime, it would be too redundant.

Therefore we can organize the steps for installing waypoints into a separate doc, like: https://istio.io/latest/docs/ambient/usage/waypoint/ and refer to it when needed.
