Rust hello world quickstart fails to build on OSX 15.5 running on M3 Pro

I do have the same issue with springboot and quarkus, but go is working.

I believe this is a known issue with buildpacks but also s2i has no rust builder, which effectively makes func useless for rust projects on ARM64. This is honestly a big issue and needs prioritization.

We are indeed aware there's minimal support for Rust at this time. We're finishing up an overhaul of our Python middleware, and Rust is next on the list to get some much needed attention (and in particular on arm).
