Sending NFT appreciation for contributors for pull requests

Hello, I know this disccusion was somewhere for sure, yet I can't find it or comments.

I'm thinking out of loud that for each 5 PRs we can give NFT to address with payout as nice kudos.
It could be taken as unit of contribution I guess

Same we can think of some ranking or gamify scoring which people could be awarded some of them.

Inspiration could be

It can also create exciting peer and network effects in KodaDot ecosystem.

Kudos could be made by StableDiffusion in some way or we can get artist on this!
