[bug] 运行流水线时报错，Unable to retrieve some image pull secrets (default-registry-secret); attempting to pull the image may not succeed.

What happened?
执行流水线报错：pod koderover-agent/base-service-dev-workflow-9-w8r6r-q8vq7 event: Unable to retrieve some image pull secrets (default-registry-secret); attempting to pull the image may not succeed.

经过查看k8s日志，实际error错误是拉取构建镜像失败，找不到default-registry-secret只是一个warning。
但是报错提示信息没有包含构建镜像拉取失败的信息，误导了排查过程。

How To Reproduce it(as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. 上传自定义镜像

2. 在构建中使用自定义镜像 3. 切断自定义镜像所在仓库和zadig的网络连接（我们实际是由于GFW防火墙导致拉取失败） 4. 触发流水线
