Reader's chapters list as the merged entry list

For merged entries, the chapters list in the reader shows chapters of the single entry rather then the merged list

Hope we can "fix" this

it kinda has something to do with #98
When you open up a chapter, it's basically as if it wasn't even a merged entry anymore (you can notice this based on the history tab. If you read one chapter from one source and the other one from another source, both of them will show up. You can see that happening on the images included on #98 as well)
What the merged entry does is basically putting everything in one place but it really isn't just one entry (I'm not saying this on a technical level, but I'm assuming that this is basically how it works)
