I think c3l can display well-known list of .c3l libraries.
Including https://github.com/c3lang/vendor
https://github.com/c3lang/c3-showcase
including your toml.c3l

I like the idea but I don't think we should include a full list that we would need to maintain and update on a regular basis. Maybe we can just post the two links (or more) in the c3l help output. What do you think?
