Typescript Integration

To improve the quality and maintainability of our codebase, I've initiated a significant step forward by integrating TypeScript into your project. This initiative aims to leverage TypeScript's static type checking to reduce bugs, enhance code readability, and improve developer productivity throughout the development process.
I've created a new pull request has been created to kickstart this integration: Introduce TypeScript for Enhanced Codebase Reliability and Maintainability (PR #14 ). This PR outlines the initial phase of TypeScript adoption, including essential configuration, file conversions, and updates to the build process.
