\textcolor command not working on cocoapods latest version

I'm running XCode with the latest cocoapods version of iosMath which says it's version 0.9.4. However, when I try to use the \textcolor command, my program displays an error message, "invalid command". According to the documentation \textcolor is available in 0.9.4. I tried updating to 0.9.5, but that version doesn't seem to have been published with cocoapods.
