Error when listing mnesia in mix extra_applications.

When I put mnesia in my mix extra_applications (I want control the shutdown order of mnesia), I get the following error when compiling the release:

** (Mix) :mnesia is listed both as a regular application and as an included application

This easy to reproduce:

Create an elixir project, add the latest version of honeydew in the mix dependencies, and add :mnesia in the extra_applications.

Then run:

mix release

Same here, I use memento for other purposes already, regardless of adding extra_applications or not mix fails to release with the same message.
