"Add Source" UI issue: Listed sources are not properly visible

Description

When clicking on the Add Source button while viewing a product, the listed sources are not displayed properly in the UI. The layout appears broken or misaligned, which affects usability.

Preconditions

• Krayin CRM is installed and running
• At least one product and one inventory source are already created

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Products section in the admin panel.
2. Make sure at least one product exists.
3. Click on the View button for any product.
4. Scroll to the Inventory section.
5. Click on the Add Source button.
6. Observe how the source list appears.

Actual Result

The list of sources is not properly aligned or visible. The UI appears broken or cluttered.

Expected Result

The source dropdown should display cleanly, with all sources clearly visible and selectable.
