What happened:
Beginning with v2.19.0 the releases do not include binaries anymore.
What you expected to happen:
v2.19.0 and future releases do provide a similar set of binaries as v2.18.0 did.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Go to https://github.com/kubernetes/kube-state-metrics/releases/tag/v2.19.1 and check the assets compared to the asset in https://github.com/kubernetes/kube-state-metrics/releases/tag/v2.18.0
