Dynamic API should remove pre-installed APIService and create it on demand.
Dynamic API should use the privileges of the incoming request.
Dynamic API should support filtering resources when decode / encode fails.
Dynamic API should add support for api template definition.
Dynamic API should support CUE execution engine.
