Deprecate LogPipeline features backed by fluentbit #2232

Description
The telemetry module will be based on OTel Collectors only and supporting OTLP as main protocol. As OTLP support for logs got added (#556), the "legacy" way need to get deprecated, so that a transition phase can be announced.
Goal: Officially deprecate and de-motivate the LogPipeline features being based on FluentBit
Criterias:
- Documentation for "legacy" features are clearly marked as deprecated and not prominently positioned anymore
- All examples and tutorials are not based on deprecated features
- The LogPipeline API emits a warning when using a deprecated API feature
- Migration guide is in place
- Blog post is created which motivates the current setup and references the migration guide
