[ADD] command for auto-generate the changelog #6
Description
This first approach could be just generated for the turbo-commit convention.. Then in the next steps add this feature for the other conventions.
How this change log will be generated.. Needs to be specify by the config.. So this feature will need some features from the turbo-git-config.
