Test that uses big circuit takes too long to compile Cairo program to Sierra

Native using Cairo 2.14.1-dev.1 makes this test to take too long to finish because compiling the corresponding Cairo program to Sierra is taking too long.

The benchmark of heavy_circuit.cairo is also affected by this, we had to disable it to reduce execution times of the CI jobs.

We have to compare execution times of the test before bumping Cairo 2.14.1-dev.1 and after to provide more info about this issue.

Ran the test's code with cairo-native-run and samply. This is the flamegraph: https://share.firefox.dev/4oYnbtb. There seems to be an issue with the sierra generation phase. I had to terminate it manually.
