Separate implementation for the projection methods

Currently different projection methods are tightly connected to particular deflation algorithms (e.g. Galerkin projector and MinRes projector are callable from GMRESDR solver only). It could be better to create a more generic implementation of the projectors to be used independently of any solver (more precisely, in the context of any solver)
