• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure that my feature does not already exist.
• I made sure that this feature request is not a duplicate of any existing feature request.

Sort of.

Feature description

Add an block, like the Minecraft (creative-only) barrier block that prevents Colonists from trying to pathfind over it. The Waypoint Marker is in that regard useless, because the Colonists ignore them entirely.
